As part of the Faculty Development Program 2026, a workshop on “Effective Feedback in Health Professions Education” was conducted to strengthen faculty competencies in delivering evidence-based feedback that fosters reflection, professional growth, and excellence in teaching.
The session was facilitated by Prof. Dr. Junaid Sarfraz Khan, Rector & Director Academics at Health Services Academy (HSA), Islamabad, whose extensive expertise and engaging approach provided participants with valuable insights and practical strategies for effective feedback in health professions education.
